Portable and expandable showcase structure designs for Jaguar Land Rover
Premium creative event structures
Working on this type of project with event Partners Natural Green Creative Spaces, involved designing numerous expandable concepts to showcase Jaguar Land Rover Vehicles, all within premium structures.
These concepts made the temporary appear permanent and substantial, which was at the forefront of the brief.
For one set of structures the buildings and expandable items were to be converting truck beds into a mobile driving experience to enhance the launch of the latest F-Pace. For another event we redesigned a portable expanding cabin to become a premium mobile showroom, which could be dressed to suit either the Jaguar or Land Rover brand as required.
Expandable showroom design
For the show rooms, using our background in Interior Architecture and spatial design we produced conceptual schemes and sample boards to get the ideas flowing.
We then worked through the planning stages, decided the finishes for each brand, then produced a set of sketch designs and scaled working drawings were drawn up. Finally, we built CAD models and created visualisations and fly through animations to help understand the space in virtual reality. After the design phases, we have a diverse stockist and supplier list to call on to deliver and install spaces to the highest standard.
Creating a mobile driving experience
The second project was a mobile driving experience and show case. Our design team have an extensive track record creating eye-catching exterior features as well as working with our Event partners on larger scale landscaped spaces.
We love to create innovative structures and features to compliment the natural environment. Using sensitive materials combined with planting and sculptural green elements that bring texture and colour to any space. When working with international brands we affiliate with their brand values and integrate these through form and materiality to create a distinctive experience. For the mobile driving experience, we made sure that F-Pace was showing off its off-road capability whilst reflecting the aspirational premium boardwalk environment in which customers would enjoy cruising along.
For both projects we enjoyed the engineering challenge of the expandable and movable structures.
